Directions - Boston Center
The briefing center building is in downtown Boston, at the corner of Federal and Franklin Streets. Across from Bank of America on Federal Street. Please look at the Section "Once Inside the Building" as well as driving directions. We do not recommend driving in Boston.

From the West:

Take I-90 east (Massachusetts Turnpike) and exit on the left at Exit 24 A-B-C
Immediately after exiting, bear back to the right and exit onto Exit 24A
Follow the long exit ramp straight through the first set of lights directly onto Atlantic Avenue
Follow Atlantic Avenue for 3 blocks and turn left onto Summer Street
Go through the next set of lights and take the first possible right onto High Street
Follow High Street one short block and turn left onto Federal Street
101 Federal Street will be approximately 2 blocks down on your left

From the North:
Take I-93 south (OR take Route 1 south over the Tobin Bridge onto Route 93 south) and get off at Exit 23
Go straight off the Exit 23 ramp directly onto Purchase Street
Follow Purchase Street for 3 blocks to the second set of lights and turn right onto Summer Street
Once on Summer Street, take an immediate right turn on to High Street
Follow High Street one short block and turn left onto Federal Street
101 Federal Street will be approximately 2 blocks down on your left

From the South:
Take I-93 north (the Southeast Expressway) and take Exit 20
Bear left onto a small exit marked Frontage Road
Follow Frontage Road through 4 sets of lights (watch for signs marked "Downtown" or "South Station"; avoid getting back onto 93 north)
At the last stop light, Frontage Road will pass directly onto Atlantic Avenue
Follow Atlantic Avenue for 3 blocks and turn left onto Summer Street
Go through the next set of lights and take the first possible right onto High Street
Follow High Street one short block and turn left onto Federal Street
101 Federal Street will be approximately 2 blocks down on your left

From the East/Logan Airport:
Take Route 1A south to the Sumner Tunnel
Bear left as you exit the tunnel and follow the signs that will loop you around onto 93 south
Once on Route 93, get off at the next exit (Exit 23)
Go straight off the Exit 23 ramp directly onto Purchase Street
Follow Purchase Street for 3 blocks to the second set of lights and turn right onto Summer Street
Once on Summer Street, take an immediate right turn on to High Street
Follow High Street one short block and turn left onto Federal Street
101 Federal Street will be approximately 2 blocks down on your left.
Mass Transit:
Orange Line: State Street or Downtown Crossing Station - walk down Summer St. between Macy's and Filene's away from Washington St. and the shopping area (left coming from below Filene's) and proceed to Otis St. Left on Otis St. - the back of the building is across the square on the right hand side
Red Line: Downtown Crossing - as for Orange Line above OR South Station go left out of the station on Summer Street, veer right onto Federal Street - the building is about 2 blocks on left
Green Line: Park Street Station - go through the shopping district (away from the Boston Common) on Winter St., which becomes Summer St., and follow directions for Orange Line above

Once inside building:
The building is known as 75 - 101 Federal Street
We are located on the 19th floor of 101 Federal Street (Not 75 Federal) You want to be in the wood elevators further south and next to the security desk, not the black and brass art deco elevators, which are on the Franklin Street end of the building
Check elevators or at security desk to make sure you're on the correct side - Elevators will say 16 - 31

Parking at the building is limited (75-101 Federal Garage, valet park). If it's full - the nicest (and equally pricey) garage is at Post Office Square, which you enter from either Pearl or Congress Street.

To get there from 101 Federal, stay on Federal to the end and go right (onto Milk Street), and take an immediate right onto Congress at the lights; get in the left lane and enter the underground garage under the park almost immediately. When you come above ground on foot, you are on Franklin Street. Go right and the second street is Federal; take a left to the main lobby doors of 75-101, in the first block on the right.
